Comparing Notes brings stars of the West End and Broadway to Crazy Coqs, Live at Zedel. In a lively and informal mix of performance and conversation host Edward Seckerson will be getting up close and personal with these musical theatre luminaries and emerging stars, exploring the stories behind the songs and the personalities behind the artistry.
Fresh from winning the 2025 Tony Award for Best featured Actor in a Musical, Merseyside-born performer Jak Malone has quickly become one of the most distinctive and beloved talents on the British stage. He won widespread acclaim for his scene-stealing portrayal of Hester in Operation Mincemeat at the Fortune Theatre.
His theatre credits include Sondheim on Sondheim (Alexandra Palace Theatre), Spies Are Forever (Gillian Lynne Theatre), Operation Mincemeat (Riverside Studios, Southwark Playhouse and New Diorama Theatre), and A Clockwork Orange (Everyman Theatre, Liverpool). Workshop credits include Benny & Joon and Grayson: The Musical at the National Theatre. Jak trained at LIPA.
